This was given to me by Barry who had worked at the R&D Lab in Newcastle Street in Swindon and was issued this document when he purchased internaly a Model SL95 turntable with base and cover at special employee rates.

Barry told some nice stories about the time when he was one of the few men working at Garrard as the company employed mainly women, thousands by the late 60’s and early 70’s, and only a handful of men in comparison. He mainly reminisced about the good times had.
